Enviso ticketing sales outage

Dear customer,

On May 1 from 9:20 to 10:10 CEST we experienced an outage in our ticketing sales flow.

One of our services suffered from not being able to obtain new database connections from the pool. Once we identified the issue, we implemented a workaround right away to get things up and running again.

Moving forward, we aim to bolster our systems to prevent similar incidents. We are investigating how we can optimize our database infrastructure and have improved our internal monitoring to detect such problems faster in the future.
