Enviso Ticketing Sales Outage

Dear customer,
On January 13, starting at 8:30 CET, we experienced an outage in our ticketing widget flow due to service instability.
The issue was resolved within 15 minutes by reverting the affected service to a previous version. To prevent similar incidents, we are enhancing our automated testing systems to better detect and address such scenarios in the future. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of automatically rolling back services during faulty deployments.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve our systems.
