Enviso Pay - Elevated error rate

Dear customer,
On April 21 at 18:50 CET, we experienced service instability in our Enviso-Pay component, caused by an outage at our payment provider, Adyen.
According to initial reports, the disruption was due to a DDoS attack targeting Adyen. This affected the communication between our systems and their payment infrastructure.
We observed two distinct waves of downtime:
- First incident: 18:50 – 19:39 CET (49 minutes)
- Second incident: 20:36 – 20:45 CET (9 minutes)

Our goal is to further strengthen our systems and enhance our collaboration to minimize the impact of such incidents in the future.
