Post-mortem

Dear customer,

On June 2nd, from 08:42 till 09:08 CEST, we experienced degraded performance on our Enviso platform.

The incident was caused by a database lock, primarily affecting tables related to the visitor self-service functionality.

To prevent similar issues in the future, we will implement additional safeguards in our CD pipeline.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve our systems.

Monitoring

We experienced degraded performance on some endpoints starting around 08:42 CEST. The issue was identified and resolved shortly after 09:00 CEST. All services are now operating normally. A more detailed post-mortem will follow soon. Thank you for your patience.
