Enviso platform login issue

Dear customer,
On November 26th, from 08:28 till 10:03 CEST, we experienced sign-in issues on our Enviso Platform.
The incident was caused by a faulty migration of configuration data in our database. As a result, the sign-in functionality was no longer working.
To prevent similar issues in the future, we are reviewing our continuous deployment pipeline configuration to ensure greater reliability.
We can confirm there was no impact on API authentication, the ticketing widget, the sales flow, or other operational processes.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we continue to strengthen our platform.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently experiencing an issue while signing in on Enviso application.
