Webhook Notification Disruption
Updates
Dear customer,
Between November 27, 15:35 CEST, and November 29, 10:25 CEST, our webhook notifications experienced a disruption.
The root cause of this issue was an infrastructural change that updated the runtime environment to a newer version, while the application code remained dependent on the previous version. This mismatch resulted in failed webhook processing during the affected period.
To prevent such incidents in the future, we are taking steps to enhance our monitoring systems and refine our processes for implementing infrastructure changes to ensure better alignment and reliability.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to improve our systems and prevent similar occurrences.
Team Vintia
We identified an issue where our webhook notifications were not functioning as expected from 27/11 at approximately 3:30 PM CEST until this morning.
As of now, all pending webhooks have been successfully processed, and the system is back to normal operation.
Our team is conducting a thorough analysis to determine the root cause of this disruption and will share additional details as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
Thank you for your patience.
