Dear customer,

Over the weekend, a backlog developed in our ticket generation queue. As the volume of tasks exceeded our processing capacity, waiting times gradually increased. The backlog was fully cleared this afternoon.

As a result, some customers may have experienced a delay between purchasing tickets and receiving them.

We are implementing improvements to increase the performance and capacity of our application, helping to prevent similar issues in the future and keep the time between ordering and receiving tickets as short as possible.
